Delivery and Shipping

April 2011 UPDATE: We deliver to any country in the world

• Shipping costs are an additional cost and are decided by weight and volume.
• Our eStore will automatically work out a total shipping (inc packaging) cost for the UK and most European countries AFTER you have entered your full shipping address.
• If our eStore is not providing you with a shipping cost (only saying “You collect from us”) – then please click the “Change” button nearby to enter your full address and THEN select a shipping method, OR if it is still not providing a shipping cost please telephone us for a quote.
• We generally dispatch items the same or the next working day after your payment has been verified.
• Delivery is by courier – and typically takes 1 – 3 days in the UK, and 1 – 3 extra days if you live in mainland Europe and US&C.
• We will call or email you if an item is likely to take longer than normal.

Payments

• You can pay with any major credit card using our payment gateway provider PayPal, whether you have an account with them or not. You can also pay using a Google checkout account, OR order online and call to make a telephone payment.

SECURITY STATEMENT

We take security very seriously, which is why we have chosen to use online credit and debit card processing facilities provided by secure gateway payment service providers.

It is now known that Internet transactions through systems such as PayPal or Google Checkout are inherently more secure than other methods of making purchases in “card holder not present” situations such as telesales, or when giving a card to a waiter in a restaurant.

Your online purchase from us will take place in real time, and we will never see your credit card details. You can have confidence that our online purchasing facilities are secure and safe to use.
